Educational Background
Graduate (CSE/ICE/ Applied Physics), but for candidate with good track record / programming knowledge from any educational background will be accepted
Programming Skill
Must have in-depth knowledge in web programming with PHP, MySql
Having clear concept in using CSS, XHTML, XML, AJAX,HTML & JavaScript .
Should have outstanding knowledge on database design and queries
Competencies
Good Team player
Pleasing personality
Ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude
Have a great sense of urgency
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Moreover flexible, mature and enthusiastic attitude
Always accessible through email and phone call.
Which will add advantage
1 year working experience, considerable for capable freshers
Flash (Basic idea about Action Script 2, Timeline animtion etc.)
CMS knowledge
Analytical skills
Documentation / Reporting Skill
